Overview

This program is part one of a three-part series to unlock the stalder press. In this program, you will work towards unlocking a freestanding tuck handstand. Users should be able to perform a 10 second freestanding handstand, and feel comfortable falling out of a handstand. This is a skill-based program that can be paired with any strength program.
