Overview
This program is designed to unlock the 90° Handstand Push-up (HSPU). Users should be able to perform 5 freestanding HSPU's and a Bent Arm Planche for 10 seconds. Sessions from this program focus on upper body pushing muscles. To ensure balanced upper body development, it can be paired with a pulling-focused program such as a front lever program. Lower body training can be performed once or twice per week alongside this for full body development.
