THE ADVANCED HUMAN FLAG PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed to increase the Human Flag hold duration. Users should be able to hold a human flag for a few seconds. This program makes use of both pushing and pulling exercises and can be used as a stand-alone program for upper body training. For full-body development, this can be paired with any of the lower body programs.
