THE BEGINNERS B-BAR PROGRAM II

Overview

This is a two-part program to build upper body strength. There are no strength prerequisites for starting this program. This program includes pushing, pulling, and core exercises and can be used as a stand-alone program for upper body training. For full-body development, this can be paired with any of the lower body programs. Alternatively, you can perform individual lower body workouts on the days between upper body sessions.
