THE BEGINNER MUSCLE UP PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed to build the strength, skill, and mobility to perform a muscle-up. You should be able to perform six chin-ups and six dips. This program can be done concurrently with any of the lower body programs. Sessions from each program can be performed on the same or separate days.
