THE INTERMEDIATE B-BARS PROGRAM (3D)

Overview

This program is designed for users to build upper body strength. Users should be able to perform 6 chin-ups and 10 dips. This program includes pushing, pulling, and core exercises and can be used as a stand-alone program for upper body training. For full-body development, this can be paired with any of the lower body programs. Alternatively, you can perform individual lower body workouts on the days between upper body sessions.
