Overview
This program is designed for users to perform a freestanding handstand push-up (HSPU). Users should be able to perform a freestanding handstand and a wall HSPU for 2 reps. Sessions from this program focus on upper body pushing muscles. To ensure balanced upper body development, it can be paired with a pulling-focused program such as a front lever program. Lower body training can be performed once or twice per week alongside this for full body development.
