THE INTERMEDIATE L-SIT PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed to increase the duration of the L-sit hold. Users should be able to hold an L-sit for 15+ seconds. This program can be done concurrently with any of the upper body or lower body programs. Sessions from each program can be performed on the same or separate days.
