Overview

This program is for those who can comfortably hold a tuck planche and want to focus on building pushing strength. It will help build a foundation for the handstand push-up (HSPU) and mechanical advantage planche push-up (MAPPU). The program includes training sessions with pulling and lower limb exercises to make this a balanced, full-body routine. Before starting, it’s recommended you can hold a tuck planche for at least 20 seconds
