Overview
This program is for advanced athletes who can already do freestanding handstand push-ups (HSPUs) and want to build further pushing strength. It will help you unlock the 90-degree push-up (90DPU) or improve capacity, along with increasing HSPU and planche strength. The program includes training sessions with pulling and lower limb exercises to make this a balanced, full-body routine. Before starting, you should be able to at least five freestanding HSPUs and control the negative phase of a 90DPU.
