THE INTERMEDIATE FRONT LEVER PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed to unlock the advanced tuck front lever. Users should be able to hold a tuck lever for 10 seconds and 10 chin-ups. This program focuses exclusively on upper body pulling exercises. To ensure balanced upper body development, it can be paired with a pushing focused program such as a planche or back lever program. Lower body training can be performed one or twice per week alongside this for full body development.
