Overview

The Bodyweight Basics series has six programs of increasing difficulty. It will help you build a solid foundation of bodyweight strength and master exercises such as chin-ups, push-ups, and dips. You should be able to control the negative phase of a dip and chin-up before starting Bodyweight Basics level three.
