THE ADVANCED CORE PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed to increase your core strength and stability. Users should be able to hold a hollow body hold for >30 seconds. This program can be done concurrently with any of the lower body programs. Sessions from each program can be performed on the same or separate days.
