THE ADVANCED HSPU PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed to perform the handstand push-up (HSPU) for reps. Users should be able to perform 1 HSPU. Sessions from this program focus on upper body pushing muscles. To ensure balanced upper body development, it can be paired with a pulling-focused program such as a front lever program. Lower body training can be performed once or twice per week alongside this for full body development.
