THE BEGINNER PLANCHE PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed for users to perform the tuck planche. Users should be able to perform 5 chin-ups and 5 dips. This program focuses exclusively on upper body pushing exercises related to the planche. To ensure balanced upper body development, it can be paired with a pulling-focused program such as the intermediate front lever program. Lower body training can be performed once or twice per week alongside this for full body development.
