THE INTERMEDIATE BACK LEVER PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed for users to unlock the back lever. Users should be able to perform a tuck back lever for 20 seconds. Sessions from this program will predominantly train pushing muscles. To ensure balanced upper body development, it can be paired with a pulling-focused program such as the intermediate front lever program. Lower body training can be performed once or twice per week alongside this for full body development.
