THE MUSCLE-UP PROGRAM

Overview

This program is designed to unlock the muscle-up. Users should be able to perform 10+ pull-ups and 12+ dips. This program makes use of both pushing and pulling exercises and can be used as a stand-alone program for upper body training. For full-body development, this can be paired with any of the lower body programs. Alternatively, you can perform individual lower body workouts on the days between upper body sessions.
