THE PUSH PROGRAM I

Overview

This program is for high-level beginners with a primary focus on developing pushing strength. It will help you work toward the tuck planche as well as build L-sit and general pushing capacity. The program includes training sessions with pulling and lower limb exercises to make this a balanced, full-body routine. Before starting, you should be able to perform 8 dips and 20 push-ups.
