THE PUSH PROGRAM III

Overview

This program is for advanced athletes who primarily want to improve their pushing strength. It will help unlock the mechanical advantage planche push-up (MAPPU), along with building handstand push-up (HSPU), planche, and general pushing capacity. The program includes training sessions with pulling and lower limb exercises to make this a balanced, full-body routine. Before starting, you should be able to do five back-to-wall HSPUs and hold a bent-arm straddle planche for 10 seconds.
